葛菁萍

葛菁萍,理学博士、二级教授、博士生导师,黑龙江省教学新秀奖获得者,黑龙江大学教学名师,黑龙江省科技厅寒区植物基因工程与发酵工程重点实验室主任、黑龙江省教育厅高校重点实验室主任。主要研究方向为微生物生态学及生理代谢调控,已经创新性的完善了群体效应理论,结合合成生态学实现天然发酵体系的可控性,并解析了微生物种群生态关系及其维持稳定机制。担任黑龙江省麻类体系专家、《Fermentaion》编委、《Frontiers in Microbiology》客座编辑、《中国农学通报》副主编。兼职黑龙江省天然产物工程学会副会长、黑龙江省微生物学副理事长、黑龙江省发酵学会常务理事、黑龙江省生态学会常务理事。从2006年至今共获得授权专利17项,其中2项专利用于转化企业开展亚麻沤制研究、4项专利进行了利用可再生资源发酵产醇、6项专利应用于细菌素及乳酸酸菜研发,并支持黑龙江丰源集团天然防腐剂项目顺利投产,支持黑龙江天顺源清真食品有限公司、黑龙江禾家福农业科技有限公司生产“凌老师”乳酸酸菜,该产品已经于2018年荣登央视舌尖三。
